2007-11-16: Ashland CPS Class Seat Check

On November 16, 2007, students from a 4-day Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician course held a checkpoint at the Wal-Mart in Ashland to check car seats for local residents. Seven students from four agencies — Ashland PD, Richmond PD, Virginia State Police, and Quantico Safety Center — attended the class conducted by the VCU Transportation Safety Training Center.
